At The Yarn Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fiber arts projects, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused and un-skeined products. Please ensure all items remain in their original packaging with labels intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and select the order containing the yarn or accessories you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused yarn in its original condition, ensuring all dye-lot labels are attached and the skeins have not been wound into cakes or balls.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned fibers, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5 to 7 business days.
